Will my insurance cover my post-mastectomy products?
Yes, some post-mastectomy items are covered by most insurance companies.

At the time of your appointment, you will need to give us:

A valid prescription from your rendering physician authorizing which products are to be dispensed. (post-mastectomy bras, compression garments, cranial prosthesis (wigs), etc.)

You can also have your doctor fax the prescription to our office at (951) 758-8851 and upon receipt, we will give you a call to schedule an appointment.

​​ If you have your prescription from your physician and prefer bringing it with you, give us a call at (951) 758-8827 and we will take your insurance information over the phone and schedule your appointment with our certified fitter.
How do I know if you accept my insurance?
We are constantly adding new insurance agencies to our list, so please give us a call if you don't see your insurance company listed.

What should I expect at my first appointment?
For your first fitting appointment, please allow an hour and a half, this includes time to complete paperwork. If you have an email address, we can email you your Patient Intake forms which are transmitted over a secure transmission line.

Our professional fitter will take an assessment of your needs and make recommendations. You will be shown and fitted with items based upon our recommendations, so please wear clothing that is easy to get in and out of.

In most cases, you will be able to leave the same day with the products you need based upon your doctors prescription. For items that are not in stock, we will place a same day order and get your items to you ASAP. (usually with 2 weeks)

Based upon your insurance coverage, a co-insurance payment may be required and is due at the time of your initial appointment. ​
Can I purchase my post-mastectomy garments online?
We do not sell any of our post-mastectomy bras, breast prosthesis or compression garments online. In order to ensure that you receive the proper fit for your post-mastectomy products, we prefer that you schedule an appointment with our certified fitter.

If you would like to reorder items that you have been fitted for in the past and there have not been any bodily changes , such as weight gain/loss, you can call our office at (951) 758-8827 and we can mail your items to you or have them ready for pick-up at our boutique. Please keep in mind, items that are covered by insurance will need a prescription and shipping charges will apply if items are mailed.
